Our location
Paje is one the most beautiful lagoon in the world to learn and practice kiteboarding.
The wind blows most of the year, the best months are : December – march, the wind comes from the North ( Kasaki ) , about 10-20 knots ( kites 9 to 14 recommended ) .
Mai – October the wind blows from the south ( Kusi ) , about 15-25 knots ( kites 7 to 12 recommended) .
Kiting in Paje
The spot changes throughout the day depending on the tide. At low tide, the lagoon becomes shallow and flat, perfect for learning or freestyle.
During high tide, the lagoon feels up, waves are forming on the reef, perfect for free riding, foiling or wave surfing. We are experienced kiteboarders and teachers.
We have taught hundreds of students in Paje lagoon. Learning here is easy and it is always a lot of fun. We also offer classes from beginners to advance, including hydrofoiling.
Amazing downwinders can also be done depending on your level.

Our house is located in the village of Paje, a former fishing village on the South East of Zanzibar Island, bordered by a large white sand beach: one of the most beautiful beaches in Zanzibar.
